Debbie went WAY above and beyond all expectations we had for a seller's agent.  Midway through our deal the buyer's agent became practically "incommunicado".  Debbie kicked it into hyper drive and was instrumental in keeping the deal moving forward.  Our deal had quite a few bumps and hurdles in order to bring it to fruition and Debbie was right there all the way with great suggestions, listening and action!  In all honestly, my feelings toward the "worth" of a real estate agent was at best minimal, however my attitude has changed.
